A college sophomore named An Xiaohe, who is being "hunted" due to usury issues, joins forces with a 30-year-old painter named Kang Meimei who is also in trouble. Along with Kang Meimei's father Kang Daheng, they form a unique bond. Through their interactions, they experience a collision of values.
