The film's events revolve around (Magdy Abd El-Hamid), the owner of a construction company who is sentenced to prison due to delayed payments on debts owed by the company. He tells his wife that he is traveling on a business trip, and while in prison, he learns of his wife's death and his daughter's disappearance during one of the German raids. He is released from prison and searches everywhere for his daughter, joining work at one of the agricultural departments. He falls in love with the head of the department, but fate hides great surprises for (Magdy).
