Despite the peace efforts of Souryukai's Senior Advisor Yudai Kanou (Yudai Ishiyama), the conflict between the Souryukai and Sakata family only intensifies. Led by Executive Director Takeshi Kanzaki (Hitomi Matsuda), the Souryukai is designated under the Anti-Boryokudan Law, prompting Umezawa (Hoka Kinoshita) from the Osaka Prefectural Police to conduct a raid. Upon receiving the news, the Daitoua Union demands a response from the Fourth-Generation Sakata family.
